Proper grading and drainage layout of a property are the critical first steps in creating a landscape that does not develop problems later. Proper soil amending means turning Southern California's hard, barren soils into enriched earth that allows plants to thrive. We amend soils by adding quality topsoil and enriching forest compost products. Both products are fast-acting fertilizers that contain ph-balancing materials, and additives that both loosen the soil and counteract the damaging affects of salts.

Irrigation is always designed to maximize 100% overlapping water coverage while using the highest quality parts. We strive to save our customers money on future water bills by using the most sophisticated irrigation timers and devices, along with the most advanced heads. To further water conservation, we can also install the latest technology in drip irrigation.

The softscape is equally as important in creating a quality landscape. Bradley buys from the top nurseries and plant growers, often personally selecting plant materials, tagging quality trees for outstanding shape, size, and character, and returning plants back to nurseries that do not pass our standards for size and shape. In fact, many nurseries are aware of our quality standards and ship us only their highest quality plant material.
